Promoting STEM in the local youth
To get young people excited about engineering, we spent an afternoon with our local Beavers troop. We had interactive stations where they learnt about 4 main components of the car: electronics, safety, aerodynamics, and handling (suspension and steering). They got to see different components of the car up close, from motors to our actual steering wheel. They then had the opportunity to sit in the car and show us their designs!
