Accu, Mech & chassis scrut Passed + grid walk
Day 3 of the Formula Student UK (FSUK) 2024 competition at Silverstone started with a 6:30 am campsite briefing. The agenda for the day included scrutineering and two key static events: Cost and Design presentations.
Our team completed the accumulator scrutineering, as well as the technical and safety inspections, marking significant progress. The pit lane walk allowed us to showcase our car and interact with other teams, all while enjoying the beautiful weather.
For the static events, we had the opportunity to dress up nicely after a few days of camping. We performed well, placing 8th in Design, which meant we didn’t have to participate in the finals, and 10th in Cost. Our team was happy with these results and felt confident in our performance.
Day 3 was productive and uplifting, with successful scrutineering and satisfactory results in the static events.
